Orders are processed in 1-2 business days.
Local Delivery
If the shipping location qualifies for Free Local Delivery, you will be able to select this option at checkout. Local orders follow the same processing time and an email will be sent once the order is ready to be delivered.
Local Deliveries are completed using contactless delivery precautions. If you would like to schedule a specific day for your delivery, please email kristen@gatherandpost.com.
Local Pick up
An email will be sent once your order is ready for pick up with additional instructions. The pick up location is located in Guelph, ON. Please call or text the number found in your confirmation email to schedule your pick up.
International Shipping
We only ship to Canada. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
All shipments are sent through Canada Post.
You will receive an email once your order has shipped. If you select shipping with tracking, your tracking number will be provided. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Some items are sensitive to heat and will melt if left in the heat for an extended period of time. Please ensure your packages can be received at the time of delivery.
Gather + POST is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns
Due to COVID-19. We are not currently accepting returns. All sales are final.
